The barber and the hairdresser are among the services that make the desk a place: you see them come in, you book in passing, you talk about it with colleagues. Their visits follow the site’s busiest days, on set days decided at the scoping stage.
The space needed is light: a chair, a mirror and a water point nearby are enough in most headquarters; in a tower, a dedicated salon can be fitted out. Services are paid by the employee, at the negotiated rate.
The barber and the hairdresser are part of the on-site concierge service; they can also join a wellbeing week.
