Preparing a trip means hours of comparing and booking, often in the evening. The concierge takes them on. They know the employee’s habits and propose what suits them, from the impromptu weekend to the honeymoon.
During the stay, the service does not stop: a cancelled train, a restaurant to book, something unexpected to sort out on the spot; the concierge is reachable by message. Services are paid by the employee, at the rate obtained from the partners.
