Finding a private tutor takes time and often happens in a hurry, a few weeks before an exam. The concierge takes it on as they would for themselves: checking, comparing, proposing.
Tutors are paid by the employee, on the terms agreed with them. The concierge can organise regular follow-up, holiday courses or exam preparation.
Tutoring is part of the personal life services, with childcare.
