The small errand always put off until later.
Shoe repair is one of those errands people postpone for want of a cobbler on their way. At the desk, it becomes a gesture in passing. The partner cobbler is chosen for the quality of their work and the regularity of their visits.
Turnaround depends on the work requested; the concierge tells you at drop-off. Payment is at the negotiated rate, to the concierge.
Shoe repair is part of the on-site concierge service, alongside dry cleaning and alterations.
