Bonjour LéonCorporate concierge
A Bonjour Léon concierge welcomes an employee at the concierge desk

On-site concierge

A concierge in your building.

A desk that reflects your headquarters, a concierge your employees call by their first name, and the services of the high street at the foot of your tower.

“Your shirts are ready.”

“The barber is expecting you at 10:15.”

“Your car is washed, it’s on level −2.”

“Your heels are done.”

“The bouquet is at the desk.”

“Your bike has been serviced.”

The desk

A place, before a service.

The on-site concierge service starts with a desk, set up in the lobby, at reception or near the cafeteria, designed with you and open at the times your employees pass by: in the morning on arrival, at lunchtime, in the evening before leaving.

Behind this desk, a concierge recruited and trained by Bonjour Léon, present on the agreed days, whom your teams quickly get to know. Nobody fills in a form: you talk to someone, who takes note, takes charge and reports back.

  • In the lobby

Or near the cafeteria, wherever people pass.

  • A dedicated concierge

    Recruited, trained, replaced during absences.

  • A shop

For immediate needs, at the desk.

A concierge hands a bag to an employee at the desk

Through the day

A day at the desk.

What is dropped off, what gets sorted, what comes back, from morning to evening.

  1. 8:15 am

    Drop-off

Shirts, a parcel to return, a pair of shoes: everything is noted and leaves with the right partner.

  2. 10:15 am

    The barber

A beard trim between two meetings, in the dedicated space, on set days.

  3. 12:30 pm

    The lobby

A producer set up for the day, the week’s vegetable box waiting at the desk.

  4. 3 pm

    The car park

The car washed during meetings, the bike serviced while it is parked.

  5. 5:30 pm

    Collection

Pressed shirts, resoled shoes, the bouquet ordered this morning.

  6. 8 pm

    And at home

The babysitter found by the concierge arrives for the evening.

At the office

The services of the high street, at the foot of your tower.

What your people used to look for in town now comes to them.

  • Pressed shirts on wooden hangers

    Dry cleaning and alterations

Dropped off in the morning, returned pressed.

  • Barber

Beard trims and shaves, on site, on set days.

  • Hairdresser

Cuts and blow-dries in a dedicated space.

  • Car wash

In the car park, during the working day.

  • Shoe repair

Heels, resoling and polishing, collected at the desk.

  • A chair massage

    Massage and wellbeing

    Chair massage, relaxation, osteopathy.

  • A serviced bike in the workshop

    Bike workshop

Servicing and repairs while the bike is parked.

  • Florist

Bouquets to order, delivered to the desk.

Over time

An organisation that holds.

Without interruption

An on-site service is judged over months, not over an opening week. The concierge’s holidays and absences are covered: the desk stays open on the agreed days.

Regular reviews

Requests are tracked, and reviews are presented to your human resources department or your facilities team: families of services requested, volumes, changes wanted.

Discretion at every moment

What is entrusted to the concierge does not circulate, inside the company or outside it. Personal requests are never reported to the employer.

On site and remotely

Employees away from headquarters, working from home or travelling, reach the same concierge through the digital concierge.

Our method

From the first meeting to the first hello.

Four steps, at your pace.

The steps in detail
  1. 1

    The meeting

Your teams, your premises, your expectations.

  2. 2

    The visit

A study of your employees’ needs.

  3. 3

    The opening

Concierge hired, desk fitted out, launch.

  4. 4

    Life of the service

    Regular reviews and new services.
