Getting started
Opening a concierge service in your building.
Four steps, at your pace, from the first meeting to the first hello at the desk. Almost nothing to provide on your side.
The four steps
From the first meeting to the first hello.
The timetable is set with you at the scoping stage; it depends on the form chosen and on recruiting the concierge.
- 1
The meeting
Your teams, your premises, your expectations. A conversation with your facilities and human resources teams to understand the site, its headcount, its habits and what you want to offer.
- 2
The visit
A study of your employees’ needs: morning and evening flows, where the desk goes, the car park, the spaces available for the barber, massages or events. Then a tailor-made proposal.
- 3
The opening
The concierge is recruited and trained; the desk is fitted out; the city’s partners are brought together; the launch is announced internally. On the first day, the concierge says hello.
- 4
Life of the service
Regular reviews, new services, events through the year, a second site if you grow. A dedicated contact follows your concierge service.
Your part, ours
Who does what.
You provide
- A spot for the desk, in the lobby or near the cafeteria
- A contact on your side, facilities or human resources
- Your site’s rules: access, hours, security
- The launch message to your teams, which we prepare with you
We take care of
- Recruiting, training and replacing the concierge
- Fitting out the desk and the shop
- The city’s partners: dry cleaner, barber, tradespeople, producers
- The platform and the channels of the digital concierge
- Events, from the idea to the tidying up
- Regular reviews and the evolution of the service
Three forms, and what comes next
To each site its concierge service.
A full-time desk
For large headquarters where footfall justifies a continuous presence, with the shop and providers on set days.
A desk on set days
For medium-sized sites and firms: the concierge is present on the agreed days, reachable remotely on the others.
A digital concierge
For scattered teams, working from home or travelling, without a desk: a launch announced internally, the channels opened, and the service begins.
And then
A concierge service often starts with a desk and a few services, then grows. The configurator helps you sketch yours; the scoping comes next, on site.

How long does it take to open?
The timetable depends on the form chosen and on recruiting the concierge. It is set with you at the scoping stage, after the meeting and the visit.
Is building work needed?
No. A spot for the desk is enough; we fit out the desk and the shop. The digital concierge needs no fitting out at all.
Who pays for the services?
The concierge service is set up by the company for its employees; individual services are paid by the employee, at the negotiated rate displayed at the desk.
What if our teams are on several sites?
The digital concierge covers sites without a desk and remote employees; a second desk can open when the site justifies it.
