You don’t leave your children with a stranger.
Nobody entrusts their children to a catalogue. The concierge, on the other hand, is someone you know; they choose carers with care, according to availability, journey, experience and checked references.
Requests range from the unexpected (a meeting that runs late, a sick child) to regular arrangements: school pick-ups, Wednesdays, holidays. Carers are paid by the employee, on the terms agreed with them.
Childcare is part of the personal life services, with tutoring and home care. It is handled with the discretion due to anything touching on family.
