Helping an ageing parent means research, calls and paperwork, often from a distance and during office hours. The concierge carries these errands with the employee: finding the right person, organising the meeting, following the set-up.
Home carers and partner agencies are chosen for their reliability; the employee pays for the service directly, on the agreed terms. The concierge can also point to the useful administrative steps.
Home care is part of the personal life services, with childcare and cleaning. It is handled with absolute discretion.
