How the personal data collected on this website is processed, and how to exercise your rights. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

Data controller

Uni-CE SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €10,000, whose registered office is at 40 rue Madeleine Michelis, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 809 530 835, is the controller of the personal data processing carried out on the bonjourleon.fr website.

Uni-CE SAS processes this data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended.

The data collected

The website is a presentation website: it requires no account. The data processed is as follows.

  • Contact form: first name and surname, job title, company, business e-mail address, city, the offer you are interested in, your message and, if you fill it in, the selection made in the “Tailor-made” configurator.
  • Origin of the visit: campaign markers (utm parameters, Google Ads click identifiers) and the landing page are attached to your request so we know through which channel you found us.
  • Technical data: the host keeps connection logs (IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser) needed for the security of the website.

Why this data is processed

  • To answer your request for a meeting or for information, then to follow up the business relationship between Uni-CE SAS and your company (legitimate interest of Uni-CE SAS in answering the professional enquiries it receives, then performance of pre-contractual measures).
  • To measure the website’s audience and the effectiveness of campaigns (your consent, when measurement tools are activated).
  • To keep the website and its hosting secure (legitimate interest).

Retention period

  • Requests received through the form: three years from the last contact between you and Uni-CE SAS; after that, requests are deleted. If a contractual relationship begins, the data is kept for its duration, then for the applicable limitation periods.
  • Connection logs: one year at most.
  • Audience measurement data: for the period set by the tool used, within a limit of twenty-five months, and never beyond thirteen months for trackers placed on your device.

Who receives this data

Requests are read by the sales and management teams of Uni-CE SAS, who alone have access to them. They are passed to our processors strictly to the extent necessary:

  • OVH SAS (Roubaix, France) for hosting the website and storing requests;
  • Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace) for delivering notification and acknowledgement e-mails, under the standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework;
  • where applicable, Google Ireland Limited for audience measurement and campaign tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads), when you have consented to them.

Your data is neither sold, rented nor passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and trackers

The website places no audience-measurement or advertising cookie without your consent. When Google tools (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) are activated, they operate without placing any tracker until you have given your agreement, in accordance with Google’s consent mode.

You can refuse or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings; browsing the website is unaffected.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights over your data:

  • the right of access, rectification and erasure;
  • the right to restriction of processing and the right to object, in particular to marketing;
  • the right to portability of the data you have provided to us;
  • the right to withdraw your consent at any time, for processing that relies on it;
  • the right to set directives on what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise them, write to bonjour@uni-ce.com or to Uni-CE, 94 rue La Fayette, 75010 Paris, France, stating your request. A reply is given within one month; proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (www.cnil.fr).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Requests received are stored in the website’s administration area, protected by authentication, and accessible only to authorised persons. Uni-CE SAS implements the appropriate technical and organisational measures to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of the data.

Minors

The website is intended for companies and their representatives. It is not aimed at minors and does not knowingly collect data about them.
